Care Instructions

Unless stated all top or fronting materials on our bibs and blankets are 100% cotton.

Do your bit to help to environment as well as keeping your Carrie's Crafts product crisp and fresh and wash at no more than 40oC.

The bibs benefit from an iron after washing (if you have time) as this will help them retain their shape and crispness. They still work just as well without though!

Blankets are backed in minky fleece which is 100% polyester. Please do not iron on the polyester side as your iron wont thank you for it!

Ordering and payment

Ordering couldn't be simpler. Click on the item you are interested in and add it to your shopping cart. You will have a chance to review your basket before payment.

We provide safe and secure on-line shopping. You can place an order directly on the website. We currently offer PayPal as the payment option for the shop but should you wish to pay by bank transfer or cheque please contact me via email and I will be happy to provide you with the necessary details.

Quality

All items on this site are handmade by me. Due to their handmade design sizes may vary by a cm or two although I try to be as accurate as possible with the listings. All items are finished to a high standard using only the best materials to ensure that your purchase will last and last.

Returns

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, simply return them and I will either exchange them, or give you your money back. All I ask is that the returned goods are in a resalable condition & contact to arrange return is made within 7 days of receipt of the item.

For your own peace of mind, please obtain proof of postage as I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Unfortunately, I cannot refund your cost of returning the goods unless the item received is faulty or not as described.

All refunds are processed within 14 days.

Shipping

Shipping is a pain. There is nothing worse than placing an order to then be hit with a massive shipping bill. To counteract this I have set a flat rate of £2.20 for all orders under £25. Anything over £25 receives free shipping! Items will be posted within 3 days by second class post unless stated otherwise in the item listing; for example custom made items have a wait time of 2-3 weeks.

Personalised items

Please be aware that personalised items are not covered by the distance selling regulations and are non returnable unless faulty.
